Great made-from-scratch meals

The River Emporium at Severn Falls took us to another small, family-run marina.  There was barely room for all 4 boats at the docks.  We did manage to get electrical hook-ups, but there was no fresh water.  Fortunately we had filled our tank at the last stop.  The on-site Riverhouse Restaurant featured home-made soups, goulash, schnitzel, and other specialties.  Our server Dawna (as she says “with a w”) was a lot of fun, so we ate lunch and then went back for dinner.
